Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition! Our team goes over each and every piece before packing it to ensure you are getting what you were promised.
  • Delivery dates are an estimate only. The timeline does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays.

 

USA & Other Markets Payment, Taxes & Duties

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card will be charged in your local currency.
  • The prices on our international site reflect the current daily exchange rate so these prices may fluctuate.
  • For International orders, you may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Niligem does not have any control over these fees and are not able to waive or refund these fees, please inquire with your local customs office to find out more information.


Returns & Refunds

  1. All purchases may be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Receipts, tags, and all packaging must be intact.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in new and unworn condition, with their original complementary boxes to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

General Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email info@niligem.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

To exchange your purchase, we recommend returning your order and then placing a new order online .

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 Any duties and taxes paid on your order are your responsibility and we are not able to waive or refund these fees. 

Returns shipped to us without authorization or do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Niligem.

 Return 

  1. Email Info@Niligem.ca with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization code.
  2. Further return instructions will be sent at time of authorization via email.
  3. The shipping cost is to be covered by the party requesting a return.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  5. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
